PrizePicks Case Study
Modernizing the operational backbone
Led the redesign and unification of PrizePicks’ critical internal tools, streamlining workflows, increasing team efficiency, and achieving full adoption across the company.
The challenge
PrizePicks’ internal operations were powered by four fragmented, legacy systems — creating inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and a barrier to scale. It was a disjointed experience that was causing scaling issues for the team.
My role
Led the end-to-end redesign of the operational tools as the sole designer, partnering directly with product and engineering to drive UX audits, redesign workflows, and deliver a unified platform.
Success outcome
Launched a new modular Back Office system, achieving 100% company-wide adoption. Improved operational efficiency, reduced new hire onboarding time by 50%, and laid the foundation for scalable internal workflows as the company grew.
Impact
Redesigning PrizePicks’ operational backbone wasn’t just a UI project — it was about enabling scale through better systems. It taught me the value of rebuilding trust through simplicity, usability, and collaboration.
